Mediation Doesn't Require Going to Court
Many disputes can be resolved without going to court and without hiring an attorney. As a neutral, trained mediator, I help both sides find a resolution that works, whether or not either side has legal representation.
Who Is This For
- Consumer disputes
- Family matters
- Housing disputes
- Parties without lawyers on either side
- Available nationwide, by video, or in person when travel makes sense
A Note on Neutrality
As a mediator, I don’t represent either side nor do I make any decisions. My role is to help both parties communicate, understand their options and reach an agreement they can live with.
How it Works
Every mediation is different. The right process depends on the type of dispute. On an initial call, we’ll talk through your situation and figure out what makes sense: how many sessions, what format, and what a good outcome looks like for both sides.
